The individual will support 6 organizations as they develop models and submit requisite documents for the Artificial Intelligence (AI) Policy team (AIPSG) and the Model Policy team (MRM).
The documents are to be filled out with precision and need to be submitted in the proper sequence. The focus is on working closely with various Model Stakeholders to proactively assist them in improving their documents before they are submitted to the two policy teams.
High quality / timely document submission is a key portion of Model Validation, and is a prerequisite to using a Model for business purposes and staying compliant with the Enterprise Model and AI Model policies throughout the lifecycle of Model Development.
The individual will become an expert in the ever evolving AI Model Governance process and will focus much of their time working across various Global Technology teams to become familiar with over 140 models while improving the requisite Model Documentation.
In addition to working with Model Stakeholders, the individual will work with Third Party Management, Model Risk Management and AI Program Governance to understand process change to ensure a high-quality set of documents are produced.
As a senior member of the team this individual will also act as a leader and mentor the junior members of the team to raise the bar and gain additional capacity across the team.
This is part of a larger POP focused on (AI) Model Development Executive Support. This is NOT a people management role, rather, this is an individual leadership role where the individual needs to work across various teams and be comfortable and capable of interacting with executives on a regular basis.
