Position : Customer Service Representatives
Location : Carrollton, TX (OnSite)
Pay : $20.00 / hr
Schedule : M-F
Mon-Fri (7 : 30AM-5 : 30PM) or (8 : 00AM-5 : 00PM)
Responsibilities :
Ability to speak to citizens and de-escalate as needed
Performing inbound / outbound phone calls
Providing excellent customer service to the citizens of the city
Requirements :
Must be flexible, collaborative and have the ability to take initiative
Strong Customer Service Experience
Knowledge of office administration procedures
Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel & Outlook)
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Expert level of written and verbal communication
