Responsibilities
- Manages the governance processes to plan, prioritize, track, and align work efforts across all programs within Logistics aligned to strategic initiatives.
- Assists with evaluating business cases and ROI to the business to ensure contribution toward EBITDA growth glidepath.
- Monitors project pipeline guaranteeing projects are completed on time, within budget and scope, and consistent with established standards verified with key stakeholders.
- Aligns with data and information from corporate strategic programs to support the balanced scorecard.
- Collaborates with logisticsleadersand EPMO to improve business processes and procedures;Conducts training as needed.
- Builds and maintains relationships with senior leadership and key stakeholders as a trusted advisor with effective communication standards.
- Develops detailed project plans used to guide the execution and control of department-level projects; Validates scope, key milestones, schedules, resource requirements and escalates risks and opportunities.
- Influences executives level stakeholders and drive leverage change management skills.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, engineering, statistics, or related field required; Advanced degree preferred.
- 6+ years of Project Management experience with 3+ years Project Management Team Leadership role.
- PMP or Agile or Lean Six Sigma training required.
- Experience in warehouse operations, transportation, or supply chain role required.
- Ability to travel across Swire Coca-Cola territories (up to 15%).
