As a Float Pharmacist, you will play a key role in providing patients with the right medications to follow their treatment plans. You will be responsible for distributing prescribed drugs, offering information about medications, and focusing on delivering exceptional customer service.

• Key Responsibilities :
• Distribute prescription drugs to patients
• Provide accurate information about medications and their use
• Foster a positive experience for customers through excellent customer service skills
• Ensure compliance with all relevant state laws and regulations regarding pharmacy practice
• Administer immunizations according to state guidelines
• Perform other usual and customary pharmacy duties

To succeed in this role, you should have a Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD, current pharmacist licensure in the state of Indiana, and certification as an immunizer or willingness to obtain it within 3 months.

The hourly pay range for this position is $43.22-$77.21 per hour, consistent with minimum wage laws.
