About The Position
Job Title : Certified Surgical Technician (CST) Job Specialty : Operating Room (OR) Job Duration : 13 weeks Shift : 4 - 10 hour shifts, 6 : 45 am - 5 : 15 pm;
one night on call per week from 7 pm - 11 pm Guaranteed Hours : Not specified Experience : Minimum 2+ years required; experience in Ortho, General, Endo-Vascular, Urgent Care, and OB preferred License : Valid Michigan license verification required Certifications : Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association (AHA) Must-Have : - 2+ years of relevant experience- Skills checklist completed within the past year preferred- Compliance with attendance policy Job Description : - Perform a full spectrum of surgical procedures and tests across various specialties.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care.- Stay current with the latest surgical techniques and tools to enhance surgical outcomes.
- Maintain strict adherence to the attendance policy to ensure quality patient care.- Demonstrate proficiency in handling general and critical surgical cases.
- Uphold professional standards and certifications as required.- Exhibit strong communication and teamwork skills within the surgical services team.
