Overview
Classification : Full-Time, Non-Exempt, 37.5 hours / week, 8 : 30 . 4 : 30 .
Job Focus : This position is responsible for case management services including crisis intervention / emergency lodging, housing search, case plans, financial literacy / budgeting, transportation, employment search / linkage, referral and linkage to community resources.
Other duties include completion of client intake and assessment forms, data collection, and HMIS entry.

Qualifications
- An understanding of and passion for The Salvation Army’s Mission
- Licensed social worker preferred
- Experience working with persons facing housing crisis and / or homelessness preferred
- Experience working with Veteran population preferred
- Strong work ethic
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Able to maintain strict confidentiality
- At least 21 years old with a valid Ohio Driver’s license and the ability to obtain and maintain driving privileges per Salvation Army insurance standards.
