Administrative Assistant
Robert Half's Fabrication client, located in Antioch, is in need of a contract-to-permanent Administrative Assistant. This role is 100% onsite.
Administrative Assistant Duties Include :
Requirements - Proven experience in customer service and administrative support roles.
Proficiency in answering inbound and outbound calls with professionalism.
Strong skills in data entry and maintaining accuracy in Excel spreadsheets.
Ability to manage email correspondence and ensure prompt responses.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Capability to schedule appointments and organize calendars efficiently.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work onsite in Antioch, California.
