Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Nyack, NY
Location : Nyack, NY
Pay Rate : $36.00 per hour
Position Types : Full-Time, Part-Time, Per-Diem

Responsibilities :
- Accurately record residents’ medical histories.
- Measure and record vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, and heart rate.
- Observe residents under treatment to identify progress and side effects of medications.
- Monitor residents’ conditions, including fluid intake and output, and document in patient charts.
- Administer injections, prescribed medications, enemas, and perform wound care.
- Collect samples for lab testing as needed.
- Provide emotional and psychological support to residents.
- Communicate with residents’ families or friends to offer advice, comfort, and discharge instructions.
Requirements :
- Graduate of an accredited school of practical nursing.
- Current NY State LPN License.
- BLS Certification.
- 1 year of long-term care (LTC) experience; skilled nursing facility (SNF) experience strongly preferred. Shifts Available :
- Day shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Night shift
