Position Overview :

As the Talent Acquisition Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the end-to-end recruitment process. You will work closely with senior leadership to develop and execute talent acquisition strategies that support our company'

s growth and ensure we hire the best talent in the industry.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Strategy Development : Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with the company's goals and growth plans.
  • Team Leadership : Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance and support to ensure effective recruitment practices.
  • Recruitment Process Management : Oversee the recruitment process from job requisition to offer acceptance, ensuring a positive candidate experience and efficient processes.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration : Partner with hiring managers and department heads to understand hiring needs and develop job descriptions and recruitment plans.
  • Market Research : Stay current with industry trends and labor market conditions to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
  • Talent Pipeline Development : Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Employer Branding : Enhance and promote the company's employer brand through various channels and initiatives.
  • Data Analysis : Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and identify areas for improvement.
  • Compliance : Ensure all recruitment practices comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.

g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred.

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and applicant tracking systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to analyze data and use insights to drive recruitment strategy.
  • Experience with diversity and inclusion initiatives is a plus.
