Hourly compensation for this role is $24.55+ per hour. This full-time position is eligible to participate in the company's short-term incentive program, paid time off plan that includes 10 additional company paid holidays, 401(k) and / or Roth 401(k) with company match after one (1) month of employment plus quarterly Core Defined Contributions, and comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision.

POSITION SUMMARY :

The Welding Technicians are responsible for performing high-quality welding and fabrications on augers, chain assemblies, and related components used in industrial manufacturing for Diamond-Drives. This role requires proficiency in MIG welding techniques, blueprint reading, and working with various metals to ensure structural integrity and product reliability. Technicians may progress through three levels if they have met the required skills and qualifications for each role.
