Job Description and Responsibilities :
Tailored Support :
Provide one-on-one behavioral support services to a high school student, ensuring personalized attention and assistance.
Behavior Intervention Implementation :
Implement behavior intervention plans crafted by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), employing effective strategies to support student progress.
Collaborative Approach :
Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure interventions' consistency and effectiveness, creating a supportive environment for the student.
Documentation Management :
Maintain detailed documentation of student progress and behavior data, facilitating informed decision-making and ongoing evaluation of intervention outcomes.
Requirements : RBT Certification :
RBT Certification :
Possess certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), accompanied by a background in BACB accredited RBT training.
Experience and Skills :
Prior experience with Right Response Training and ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) experience is preferred, alongside strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
