Senior Creative Project Manager

Pay Range : $61.15 - $88.94 / hr

Description :
Join our dynamic Global Brand & Content Marketing team as a Senior Creative Project Manager / Producer. We're seeking a passionate and experienced professional to oversee the successful execution of high-profile marketing campaigns across various areas of the business.
Key Responsibilities :
- Project Management : Oversee the end-to-end creative development and production lifecycle for complex marketing initiatives.
- Creative Collaboration : Partner closely with Creative Directors, copywriters, designers, and external agencies to produce exceptional work.
- Production Expertise : Manage photo and video shoots, negotiate budgets, coordinate talent logistics, and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Team Leadership : Lead regular status meetings, mentor team members, and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Budget Management : Track expenses, manage SOWs, POs, and invoices, and prepare budget wrap reports.
- Process Improvement : Actively participate in evaluating current workflows and suggesting improvements.
Qualifications :
- 10+ years of project management and production experience in a creative agency or entertainment company.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale creative campaigns.
- Expertise in video and photo shoot production.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (AirTable, Robohead, etc.)
- Experience with creative tools (Figma, Adobe Suite) is a plus.
