Location : Mason City, Iowa

Schedule : Full-Time Monday Friday, 9-hour days

Join the leading regional cancer center in North Iowa, serving a population of over 260,000 . This is a primarily outpatient Hematology / Oncology position offering excellent work-life balance , strong infrastructure, and a collaborative care environment all within a recently renovated, state-of-the-art facility. Practice Highlights

• Practice Type : Outpatient-focused (minimal inpatient)
• Daily Volume : adult / geriatric patients
• Specialty Mix : 50% Hematology / 50% Oncology
• Call : 5 6 days / month, 1 holiday / year, phone only , post-call day off
• Procedures : VAD / CV catheter management, intrathecal chemo
• Team : 4 Hem / Onc MDs, 2 Radiation Oncologists, 4 APPs
• Support : Full staff including dietitians, social workers, financial counselors, and more
• EMR : Mosaiq
• Education : Opportunity to teach CRNA students
• Tumor Board : Weekly participation

Base Salary : $454,329 (MGMA 50th percentile)

Commencement Bonus : Up to $150,000

CME : $4,000 / year

PTO : 34 days / year
