This position is for a senior member of an ADP Flight Test Engineering team, providing support for all flight test activities.
The candidate will be part of a fast paced, dynamic environment exploring state of the art technical solutions using thoughtful cost controls and techniques.
You will be the Cost Account Manager (CAM) responsible for all Test and Evaluation control accounts.
These duties include leading, planning, budgeting, and managing the cost / schedule / technical performance for each assigned Control Account (CA) with a total span of control of $25M.
You will work closely with the Flight Test Lead and Test Team to ensure the program business rhythms provide the appropriate visibility required to ensure program performance is effectively monitored and complete all applicable tasks and actions in accordance with the EVMS requirements.
As CAM, you should be aware of all EVMS issues for all assigned control accounts with corrective actions in place that address the root cause(s) of these issues.
Travel, overtime, odd shifts, and weekend work may be required.
Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
A level 3 employee Typically has 5 - 10 years of professional experience
