Friendship Village is looking for experienced carpenters to work with our crews in a fast paced environment performing the following tasks.

  • Building Maintenance : Performing general maintenance on the buildings, condos and apartments.
  • Window and Floor Repair
  • Cabinet and Door Installation / Repair
  • Drywall Repair
  • Equipment Maintenance
  • Basic Plumbing

Qualifications :

  • Experience with using hand tools and power tools.
  • Self-motivated and a team player who is dedicated to providing quality work and ensuring residents' satisfaction.

    • Applicants are required to pass pre-employment screenings that could include : Criminal background checks, Abuse registry check, Drug test, Physical, Flu vaccinated and TB test.
