Why would you want to work with us? Here are just a few things that set us apart...
Dr. Brent Bailey opened our practice almost four decades ago in Highlands Ranch, CO on the foundation that placing staff and patients first leads to a successful working environment.
Some of our staff members have been with us for more than 20 years! Dr. Heather Leyva joined our staff in 2020.
We believe in allowing the time for our hygienists to develop relationships with patients, so we
allow an hour and a half for new patients and an hour for recare appointments. Our full
time sterilization staff helps prepare and clean your room, as well as help with probing and charting.
We work Monday through Thursday as we believe in a fair and balanced schedule; we are flexible with time off as well.
We offer a full benefit package with healthcare, in house dental care for you and your family, retirement, and other fun extras like at-cost Botox and filler with Dr. Leyva!
We believe in working hard, treating each other well, building relationships, and most
importantly, putting people first - check us out at www.copdo.com and don’t miss taking a peek
