Job Responsibilities : - Enter and maintain data in HRMS system - Maintains all employee personnel files and ensures documents are uploaded.
Provides general support, clarification, assistance on HRIS processes and troubleshooting as needed. - Oversee administration of onboarding process;
initiate hire and onboarding for new employees in Workday, complete E-Verify process, monitor new hire onboarding dashboard, and manage new employee inquires - Ensure compliance with required regulations, policies, and laws related to Human Resources activities - Promptly responding to the needs and concerns of the employees to sustain good employee relations.
- Maintain and update job descriptions. - Act as primary point of contact for all core HR data entry and transaction processing - Process and prepare paperwork in relation to promotions, transfers, and terminations - Recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to enhance department services.
- Manages compliance with labor posting requirements for existing, future, and temporary work locations. Qualifications : - Strong interest in making a career in HR.
- Associate’s degree in human resources or business or communication. A bachelor’s degree is preferred. - Proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Excellent critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Strong organizational skills.
- Highly motivated, a team player and motivated self-starter. - Strong customer service orientation. - Proactive mindset with an ability for process improvement and drive initiatives to completion.
