REMOTE - Land Use Attorney
Job Description :
We are looking for a Land Use Attorney to join a prestigious law firm based out in Sacramento. You will play a crucial role in advising clients on various land use and environmental matters.
This fully remote position offers the flexibility to work from anywhere in Northern California while collaborating with a dedicated team of professionals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Advise clients on land use, zoning, environmental regulations, and permitting processes.
- Represent clients in hearings, meetings, and negotiations with regulatory agencies and local governments.
- Prepare and review legal documents, including development agreements, environmental impact reports, and zoning ordinances.
- Conduct legal research and stay updated on changes in land use and environmental law.
- Collaborate with other attorneys and professionals to develop strategies and solutions for clients.
Qualifications :
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active bar membership in good standing.
- 2+ years of experience litigating land use and environmental law.
- Strong knowledge of zoning laws, environmental regulations, and permitting processes.
- Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
Compensation : $160k - $300k
