Med / Surg Travel Nurse - $2050 / week - 12hr nights
CTTX Health is currently seeking experienced Med / Surg Nurses for travel assignments. As a Travel Med / Surg Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in various healthcare settings and locations, providing direct patient care and contributing to the well-being of patients.

Requirements
Responsibilities :
- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, medication administration, and documentation.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Monitor and report changes in patients' conditions.
- Educate patients and their families about their conditions and treatment plans.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare policies and procedures.
Requirements :
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical-surgical nursing.
- BLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred.
- Excellent clinical skills and ability to handle a diverse patient population.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to new environments and work independently.
- Flexibility to travel and work in different healthcare settings.
