We are currently looking for a highly motivated, determined, effective communicator, and experienced Catering Sales Manager to proudly sell our new UCLA Meyer and Renee Luskin Conference Center.
As a Catering Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for selling and detailing events held at the Center. You will also ensure that revenue goals are achieved or exceeded by soliciting, developing and closing eligible business.
Key job responsibilities of a Catering Sales Manager include :
- Pursuing new and repeat catering business that fits the Center's sales parameters per guidelines established by the Director of Salesand Marketing
- Handling catering sales for meetings and special events
- Establishing a strong networking presence within UCLA and acknowledged feeder markets.
- Developing and engaging in relationship-driven and long term business relationships
- Providing personal attention to clients while they are at the Center to ensure total guest satisfaction
- Assisting in the development of banquet menus and pricing
- Conducting site inspections with potential clients
- Maintaining accuracy of Catering information in DELPHI
- Consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals
