As a Guest Experience Lead (GEL) at McDonald's, you're the face of our restaurant. You'll be the go-to person for ensuring every guest feels welcomed, appreciated, and well taken care offrom the moment they walk through our doors to the moment they leave.

What You'll Do :

  • Greet guests warmly and create a friendly, inviting environment
  • Support customers in the lobby, dining area, and kiosks
  • Handle concerns professionally and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Work with the team to maintain a clean and welcoming restaurant
  • Help organize community and in-store events or promotions
