Job Title : Speech Language Pathologist
Job Description
Join our team as a dedicated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist where you'll be an integral part of our special needs department within the LEAP school program.
The role involves working through the summer, following the city calendar, and supporting students with elementary autism and significant behavioral health issues, ranging from elementary to high school age, up to 21 years old.
Your responsibilities will include providing functional communication, speech and language, and feeding / oral motor assessments, developing and implementing intervention programs, maintaining comprehensive documentation, and participating in team meetings and professional training.
You will also assist with supporting the school mission and goals in a student-centered culture.
Hard Skills
- 1 year of experience outside of clinical requirements in elementary education
- Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology with related clinical requirements
