Job Overview of Clinic Based Clinician -Peekskill Location-LMSW, LCSW,LMHC,LMFT Bilingual

Currently Offering $1000 Sign On Bonus for this Position

The Clinic-Based Clinician provides direct clinical services (evaluations, assessments, treatment, individual, family and group therapy) as the primary clinician to assigned clients (primarily children and adolescents) as part of a multidisciplinary team in the provision of comprehensive mental health services.

Essential Duties of Clinic Based Clinician -Peekskill Location-LMSW, LCSW,LMHC,LMFT Bilingual

Key duties of this position include, but are not limited to, the following :

• Develops and implements clinically appropriate treatment plans and all related documentation for client records
• Provides psychotherapy to clients (primarily to children and adolescents) and their families using individual, group, family intervention as well as other agency approved evidenced-based treatment modalities, including off-site visits
• Generates and monitor proper communication with internal and external stakeholders (i.e., schools, protective services, etc.

and maintains records of communications

• Serves as on call clinician as scheduled during rotating basis
• Maintains knowledge of OMH regulations as they relate to clinical practice
• Supports overall strategic plan of the organization
• Ability to adhere to our organization's core values and commitments

Essential Qualifications of Clinic Based Clinician -Peekskill Location-LMSW, LCSW,LMHC,LMFT Bilingual

Key qualifications include :

• Licensed or license-eligible professional (LMSW, LMHC, LMFT)
• NYS- LMSW or LCSW preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish a must
• Relevant clinical experience with children, adolescents and families
• Knowledge of and experience with multiple modalities and evidence-based Interventions
• Strong computer skills, with knowledge of electronic health record systems
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Spanish required
• Ability to meet session productivity standards
• Ability to access and utilize ADP app on smartphone or other device for access to company programs

Salary commensurate with length of licensure and experience

Physical / Travel Requirements of Clinic Based Clinician -Peekskill Location-LMSW, LCSW,LMHC,LMFT Bilingual

• Must have ability to reach, walk, sit for long periods of time, climb stairs, bend, lift up to 20lbs
• Able to travel; Driver’s license required
