Job Description

In this position, you will thrive by leveraging your strong accounting knowledge, natural leadership presence, and process improvement mindset to ensure accurate financial reporting, smooth month-end closes, and compliance with regulations. Success comes from being a collaborative voice on the team, proactively analyzing financial data, identifying efficiencies, and supporting audits with precision and timeliness.

Responsibilities :

Create, review, and keep accurate financial records, including reports and account reconciliations.

Lead month-end activities by closing books, reviewing results, and resolving any unusual items.

Support audits by preparing schedules, answering questions, and ensuring all rules and controls are followed.

Monitor and analyze account activity each month to spot trends or issues that need attention.

Take part in projects that improve accounting processes, reporting accuracy, or team efficiency.

Qualifications and Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Accounting

3 + years’ relevant experience

Prior public experience with a CPA not required, but a plus

Strong analytical and communication skills are essential

The base salary range for this position is $80,000–$90,000, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
