Senior Real Estate Manager, Americas

We are currently seeking a Senior Real Estate Manager for the Americas Region who will report to the Head Real Estate Americas with a line that includes a senior team member within the real estate function. The position will be based in New York City. The Senior Real Estate Manager for the Americas Region will help develop, plan, negotiate and execute the regional retail distribution strategy as well as corporate office strategy within a multi-channel environment. This is a strategic role that will work closely and partner with Regional Presidents and COOs, Retail Vice Presidents, Finance, Legal and Store Planning functions both at brand and corporate level, as well as external real estate partners to support strategic transactions and execution efforts in a supportive capacity, while also progressively taking ownership of smaller brand initiatives.

How You Will Contribute

• To all Group brands in their retail and corporate real estate development planning and execution across the region
• Key focus on asset management, involving strategically overseeing individual properties to enhance their value throughout its lifecycle
• Evaluate, select and negotiate commercial terms and lease provisions for retail, office, warehouse and showroom openings, closings, relocations, renegotiations and renewals.
• Direct all negotiations with landlords, developers, brokers and lawyers.
• Partner with brand and Kering Corporate retail, store planning, construction, legal and finance teams on site feasibility, lease and property acquisition negotiations and timing.
• To take care of all aspects of tenant and administrative management of Kering owned and let property portfolio, which together preserve the operational efficiency of workspace and optimize its performance for both Group and external occupiers.
• To support team's management in producing systems, tools and processes that improve Kering Real Estate efficiency and ensure that all Group stakeholders receive timely, accurate and comprehensive information which allows them to make informed decisions.

Who You Are

Salary : $165,000-$190,000 base salary plus incentives
