About the Role :

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of assigned projects, ensuring timely completion, adherence to budget, and exceptional customer satisfaction.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, technicians, and subcontractors, to deliver high-quality results.

What You'll Do :

• Plan, budget, and oversee all phases of projects, from inception to completion.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure efficient execution and adherence to timelines.
• Manage project budgets, costs, and change orders.
• Resolve construction challenges and build strong client relationships.
• Supervise and mentor project teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

What We're Looking For :

• A minimum of 10 years of construction project supervision experience.
• 5 years of electrical crew supervision experience (preferred).
• A strong understanding of construction blueprints, schematics, and specifications.
• A current Kentucky Electrical License (EE or ME preferred).
• In-depth knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and electrical construction processes.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• A positive and customer-focused attitude.
