Provides safe efficient age specific nursing care to patients families using the nursing process in order to assist them to attain, maintain, regain, and sustain optimal health status.
Dimensions are implements the nursing process by delivering effective relationship based nursing care. Demonstrates technical skills in care delivery that result in safe practice and positive care outcomes.
Demonstrates clear communication and effective collaboration to optimize patient care and clinical operations. Develops self and contributes to the professional practice of nursing.

QUALIFICATIONS
Qualifications Position Requirements : One (1) year RN experience in the OR with recent scrub and circulating functions required.
Thorough knowledge of nursing process and practice. Uses a wide variety of technical equipment to meet patient needs and prescribed medical therapies (.
stethoscopes, thermometers, sphygmomanometers and electronic monitoring devices). Position Incentives : Full time opportunities available-Monday through Friday 8 hour shifts (645-1730 and 1100-2145) rotating between day / evening shift plus call required $10,000 Sign-On Bonus for 1+ years Cardiac OR RN experience- $5,000 paid out after 90 days employment and the other $5,000 paid out after 365 days of employment.
To qualify, your OR RN experience has to be in the last 2 years. Relocation assistance available. PTO bridging program. Education Requirements : Diploma or Associate's Degree in Nursing from accredited program required.
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing highly preferred.Experienced nurses with Associate Degrees / Diploma in Nursing will commit at the time of hire to complete a Bachelors of Science Degree (BSN) or higher in nursing within 5 years of hire.
License Requirements : Registered nurse with current license to practice in the state of Ohio.CPR certified in 90 days. Current BLS Provider Certification, issued by the American Heart Association, must be obtained during Nursing Orientation.
