• Hospital at Home is an alternative to traditional inpatient care. Patients will be treated for acute medical conditions in the comfort of their own home or residence

Qualifications :

• Education : Associates of Nursing Degree / Diploma Bachelors of Nursing Degree
• Experience : 2 years of RN experience
• Licenses / Certifications : Current RN License in Idaho

Preferred Experience in Home Health, community based case management, transition of care, or community complex case experience.
