We are currently seeking a Security and Privacy Compliance Lead (Policy) to support our National Science Foundation (NSF) customer.

Place of Performance : Alexandria, VA

Start Date : Contingent on contract award

Clearance : Not Required

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide technical knowledge and management of cybersecurity policy analyst
  • Manage the review and development of policies, procedures, directives, regulations, and deliverables instructed by federal client
  • Provide guidance and support to improve processes and privacy team’s effectiveness.

Required Skills :

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in Cyber Security and Security Operations
  • IASAE Level III certification (CISSP, CISM, or CCSP certification)
  • Experience in deploying secure systems in government or military environments
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Understanding of system security concepts, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and access controls
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, capable of leading teams and projects

Preferred Skills :

  • Technical knowledge of cloud service analysis, FedRAMP compliance, security assessment and monitoring, assessment, and authorization
  • Experience developing privacy training content
  • Experience developing systems security contingency plans and disaster recovery procedures
  • Familiarity with the NIST Privacy Framework
