Engineering Manager, Data Infrastructure

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager, Data Infrastructure & Serving Layer.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a high-performing engineering team focused on the serving layer

Design and operate systems for low-latency access to large blockchain datasets

Drive the evolution of serving infrastructure technologies and ensure performance and reliability

Required Qualifications

3+ years of engineering management experience with a successful track record

5+ years of hands-on experience with distributed serving systems and OLAP technologies

Strong background in query engines, caching, and hybrid serving architectures

Proficiency in Python and SQL, with a solid understanding of database internals

Experience with Kubernetes and CI / CD practices
