Our client, a leading logistics service provider, is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Clerk to join their team in Carson, CA.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of warehouse duties to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Responsibilities :
- Check and respond to emails promptly
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Utilize Excel for data entry and inventory management
- Answer phone calls and address customer inquiries
- Handle invoicing and ensure accurate billing
Requirements :
- Previous experience in a warehouse setting is preferred
- Familiarity with order picking, packing, and shipping processes
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate order fulfillment
- Proficiency in using Excel and other office software
- Excellent communication skills for customer service and coordination
Pay and Shift :
- Monday to Friday
- 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM
- $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
