Responsibilities :

• Patient Care :
• Perform comprehensive inpatient and outpatient pediatric cardiology evaluations and testing, including interpretation of ECGs, echocardiograms, ambulatory electrocardiography, and exercise stress testing.
• Maintain timely and complete chart notes, reports, and communication with referring physicians and subspecialists.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and guardians, providing education and support throughout their care journey.
• Collaboration and Leadership :
• Participate in multidisciplinary clinical management initiatives and facilitate patient referrals.
• Actively engage in division and department quality improvement initiatives.
• Assist in planning and directing health programs within the pediatric cardiology specialty.
• Train and mentor interns and resident physicians.
• Participate in on-call rotation to ensure 24 / 7 availability of physician care.

Qualifications :

• MD or DO degree.
• Board-certified / eligible in Pediatric Cardiology.
• Unrestricted PA medical license.
• PA DEA license.
• 3+ years of post-fellowship experience in an acute care pediatric setting.
