What you'll bring

Who You Are :

• As a TaxAssociate, you have a minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns, usingcommercial tax preparation software.
• You arepassionate about helping clients navigate the complexities oftaxation, and you're committed to enhancing our brand by delightingour customers and empowering them to prepare their taxes.
• You possess excellent customer service skills,and you are excited to interact with customers through video andaudio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.

What YouNeed :

• You must possess or be able toobtain any related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bondsand an active Preparer Tax Identification Number(PTIN).
• Must have (or be willing to obtain) adedicated hardwired internet connection that meets Intuit Securitycriteria.
• Must be willing and available to worka minimum of 20 hours per week.

How you willlead

What You WillDo :

• In this role, you will help ourcustomers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products. Byproviding tax advice, full service return preparation, taxcalculations, and managing product / software inquiries, you will beworking toward advancing our goal of "Powering Prosperity Aroundthe World."
• You will utilize governmentwebsites, professional resources, and team expertise to seek outand deliver the right answer to the customer using everydaylanguage.
• This is a virtual, customer-facingrole, so you will use our state of the art video communicationsoftware to interact with customers, and you will documentinteractions to maintain accurate records.
