Overview

Calvary Chapel Schools is seeking an Athletic Coach to shepherd and guide young athletes on and off the field, developing athletic skills and instilling Christian values to prepare students to lead with integrity and faith. CCS is a ministry of Calvary Chapel Costa Mesa (CCCM).

Responsibilities

  • Coach student athletes to develop their skills and character, nurturing tomorrow's Christian leaders.
  • Communicate effectively with students and parents to set expectations and goals.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of student athletes during practice and games.
  • Serve as a positive role model, embodying Christian values and principles.
  • Collaborate with school staff and administration to support the overall athletic program.

Requirements

  • Strong commitment to Christian values and principles.
  • Experience coaching student athletes is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with a diverse group of students and parents.
  • Willingness to participate in training and professional development opportunities.
