A company is looking for a QHCP Clinical Reviewer (NP, PA, or CNM) - Fractional / Part-Time in Texas.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor patient data trends to identify high-risk cases requiring intervention

Perform clinical assessments and provide direct patient education on maternal health concerns

Document all clinical interactions in the care management platform, ensuring accuracy and compliance

Qualifications

Active, unrestricted NP, PA, or CNM license in the state of Texas

Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical experience in OB / GYN, women's health, or maternal-fetal medicine

Prior experience with remote patient monitoring or telehealth preferred

Strong ability to synthesize data and communicate concise clinical insights

Bilingual (Spanish) strongly preferred
