A company is looking for a Technical Support Phone Agent (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of patient and non-patient care equipment / applications
Provide basic technical in-service education for staff and assist in equipment installations and inventory management
Accept on-call responsibilities and support customer emergency issues, escalating as necessary
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field preferred
Experience in technical support or related field is desirable
Ability to lift / carry up to 35 lbs and work in patient care areas independently
Must have reliable personal transportation for travel between facilities
Must meet Defensive Driving Class and Motor Vehicle Report screening for driving company vehicles
