Civil Site Project ManagerLeading civil engineering firm in Raleigh is adding a PM to the team to work within the civil site department in preparing construction documents on a variety of development projects, including residential subdivisions, commercial site plans, and similar projects.
Responsibilities include : - Performing civil engineering designs including site layout, stormwater management, storm drainage design, erosion control, water and sanitary sewer, grading, permitting, etc.
- Providing supporting calculations for earthwork- Producing roadway grades and alignments- Producing mass grading plans - Performing subdivision layout- Providing construction quantity takeoffRequirements : - EIT or PE licensure required- 5+ years of experience as a project manager- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D - Associate's or Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a similar field- Experience with business development preferred
