Compensation : $20 - $25 per hour , processed bi-weekly.
Shift Type : Full-time , Monday - Friday, 8 AM to 4 : 30 PM.

Summary :
LiveWell Partners’ Quality and Compliance Assistant is integral in providing comprehensive support to the quality team for multiple agencies within our home health network.
They will provide support in multiple electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Provide administrative support to the Quality team.
- Manage coding holds or queries with precision, ensuring accuracy and compliance, and organizing documentation processes with efficiency.
- Learn and master multiple electronic medical record systems, ensuring seamless support during transitions, and adapting quickly to changes.
- Perform medication reviews and verify face-to-face dates with meticulous attention to detail.
- Conduct systematic reviews of charts, demonstrating adaptability to different EMR systems
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
- Active unencumbered Practical Nursing Licensure in Illinois and Missouri or willingness to obtain immediately.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare. Experience in a home health setting is preferred.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster effective collaboration.
