LHH is currently recruiting for a Marketing Manager for a permanent role with our client in the Austin, TX area. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of marketing experience within the AEC industry, experience managing a team, and strong RFP experience.
This is an onsite role at our client’s office in the Austin, TX area. Responsibilities : RFP Management : Lead the development and submission of RFPs, ensuring all proposals are strategically aligned, well-written, and submitted on time.
Team Leadership : Mentor and manage a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and excellence in proposal writing.
Strategy Development : Collaborate with senior leadership to develop marketing strategies that enhance the firm's visibility and competitiveness in the AEC sector.
Content Creation : Oversee the creation of high-quality marketing materials, including proposals, presentations, and case studies that effectively communicate our value proposition.
Market Research : Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, client needs, and opportunities for business development.
Relationship Management : Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry organizations, to support business growth.
Performance Analysis : Monitor and analyze the success of RFP submissions and marketing initiatives, using data to inform future strategies.
Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience in the AEC industry, with a strong focus on RFP management. Proven leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing marketing team.
Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to craft compelling narratives. Strong understanding of the AEC industry, including trends, challenges, and client needs.
Proficient in marketing software and tools, including CRM systems, project management software, and design programs. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
