Job Description : Responsibilities :
Responsibilities :
- Engage with other team members on the daily support tasks of the BigFix application / components.
- Monitor for and respond to user issues and inquiries, provision user access, and provide user instruction / training as required.
- Engage with other team members to complete planned Road Map items such as the server refresh, MFA implementation, product upgrade, etc.
- When required, perform change and incident management following Client policies and procedures.
- Identify and resolve moderately complex problems affecting BigFix or its communications.
- Update documentation for future reference (Visio diagrams and procedure documents).
Skills :
- 3+ years of relevant work experience with a progressive knowledge pertaining to information technology and cyber security concepts and principles.
- 1+ years of experience with supporting BigFix (experience with a similar application will be considered i.e., Tanium, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, etc.).
- 1+ years of experience with administration and support of Operating Systems (mainly MS Windows), including system configuration and hardening;
familiarity with security benchmarks and hardening guidelines / procedures.
- 1+ years of experience with MS Office products including Visio.
- Knowledge of and experience with supporting an application across multiple data centers is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, creativity, attention to detail, and oral and written communications skills tailored for the intended audience.
Education :
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (Information Security related degree preferred; other degrees considered based on work experience and certifications).
- CISSP or other industry recognized security certifications preferred.
