- Competitive Compensation : Enjoy a base salary of $475,000, with the potential to significantly increase your earnings through a productivity bonus of $70 per wRVU for everything over 6785 wRVUs.
- Generous Bonuses : Receive a $40,000 practice commencement and moving bonus, alongside $5,000 per year for CME and an additional $5,000 per year in bonuses for achieving quality metrics.
