job_description.job_card.job_descriptionAssist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding. Monitor and record vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse. Assist in the mobility of patients by helping them move to different locations within the facility. Maintain cleanliness and organization of patient rooms and common areas. Document patient care activities accurately using electronic health record systems like Cerner. Collaborate with nursing staff to implement care plans tailored to individual patient needs. Provide emotional support to patients and their families during difficult times, including hospice care situations. Certification as a Nursing Assistant in Pa. Familiarity with electronic health records systems such as Cerner is a plus. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment. Compassionate demeanor with a commitment to providing high-quality patient care. Ability to handle physically demanding tasks associated with patient assistance.
PRN Requirement :
- PRN Staff Member must be available to work a minimum of four (4) shifts per calendar month, this includes a minimum of two (2) shifts being weekend. Shifts are 7a-3 : 30p, 3p-11 : 30p, 11p-7 : 30a. Staff member must be open to working all shifts as openings vary to complete PRN requirement.
- PRN Staff Member must be available to work 1 Summer Holiday, 1 Spring Holiday and 1 Winter Holiday.
