ALL ABOUT THIS SERVICE ADVISOR POSITION

YOUR ROLE :

You're a critical part of our day-to-day operations as you supervise our service department and devise strategies for maximizing customer satisfaction while minimizing expenses.

Attentively, you process work orders, manage technician performance, monitor MST usage, and help with overseeing equipment repairs.

You facilitate open communication in the service department and ensure that all work meets our high standards. Your ultimate goals are to maximize returns on investments and implement excellent service that keeps clients returning in the future!

OUR REQUIREMENTS :

• 3+ years of experience with John Deere service department operations
• Working knowledge of standard job pricing, commission-based compensation, and basic service department financial principles
• Basic accounting skills
• Communication skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities
• Team spirit and ability to motivate others
• Computer proficiency, working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, and ability to lift 50 pounds
