This is a unique and exciting opportunity for us and for our clients. In order to support our ambitions, we are seeking to hire a Commercial Insurance Client Manager to join our commercial lines team.
The ideal candidate will have over 2 years of experience as a Commercial Line Property & Casualty Client Manager.

Responsibilities :
- The account manager is responsible for day-to-day account management for clients with complex coverage needs, including coverage / policy questions, claims handling, and providing high customer service satisfaction.
- The ideal Commercial Insurance Account Manager candidate will possess a wide range of commercial lines to account management skills, including but not limited to customer service, administration, and sales.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of two years of experience in Property & Casualty Insurance; Real Estate experience is preferred.
- Comfort in an open social office; we work to incorporate different workstyles, and you should know that the office is open and our processes are based on teams of people who are highly collaborative and highly communicative.
- Ability to commute to the Harrison office at least 2-3 times a week; this is a hybrid role.
- Bachelor’s Degree Preferred or equivalent industry experience.
- Manage workflow of assigned book of business and delegate workflow.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Must have excellent technical / analytical skills.
Compensation :
$50,000 - $100,000 yearly
