Required Qualifications :
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of proven experience in characterization and test of optical systems
- Strong knowledge of DSP configurations
- Experience with testing DSP based optical communication systems
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python for test automation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic startup environment.
