Position Overview :

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Freelance Executive Producer, Experiential Events to join our team. The Freelance Executive Produce, Experiential Events will take charge of a key account and oversee the ground-up planning and execution of a large-scale consumer-facing festival and entertainment series.

This role requires a visionary leader with a deep understanding of the music and entertainment industry, exceptional project management skills, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality events.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Client Management : Serve as the primary point of contact for the client, ensuring clear communication, understanding their vision, and aligning our services to meet their goals.
  • Project Leadership : Lead the planning, development, and execution of the concert and entertainment series, ensuring all elements are seamlessly integrated and delivered on time.
  • Team Oversight : Build, manage and mentor a team of producers, coordinators, and support staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  • Budget Management : Develop and manage multiple budgets, ensuring all financial aspects of the project are tracked accurately and remain within agreed parameters.
  • Vendor Coordination : Identify, negotiate with, and manage external vendors and partners, including artists, agencies, production companies, venues, and other service providers.
  • Creative Direction : Collaborate with the creative team to develop innovative concepts and ensure the overall event experience aligns with the client’s brand and objectives.
  • Logistics Management : Oversee all logistical elements of the event, including site selection, permitting, transportation, accommodations, and on-site operations.
  • Risk Management : Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to ensure the smooth execution of events.
  • Performance Metrics : Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the events and report findings to the client and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications :

  • Experience : Minimum of 10 years in event production, with a strong background in large-scale concert, festival or entertainment series.
  • Leadership : Proven experience leading and managing large teams and complex projects.
  • Industry Knowledge : Deep understanding of the music and entertainment industry, including trends, key players, and production requirements.
  • Client Relations : Exceptional client management skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Budgeting : Strong financial acumen with experience in budget development and management over $10MIL.
  • Problem-Solving : Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate challenges and develop effective solutions.
  • Communication : Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Creativity : A creative thinker with a passion for delivering unique and engaging experiences.
  • Flexibility : Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.

Please note, this a not a full-time position and is a freelance position that will need a commitment for a one year project.
