Overview :

Asa Remote Scheduling Coordinator you will play a crucial role infacilitating and coordinating scheduling activities for clientssuppliers and internal teams.

This remote position offersflexibility and the opportunity to work with clients and suppliersin multiple countries. Your responsibilities will includeconducting research creating schedules presenting quotes to clientsand maintaining effective communication with suppliers throughemail and other channels.

This independent contractoropportunity is commissionbased and your compensation is derivedfrom the profits generated by your sales(1099).

KeyResponsibilities :

Conduct Research : Gatherinformation relevant to scheduling and coordination tasks such asavailability of resources pricing and schedulingconstraints.

Planning : Develop schedulesand plans that meet the needs and expectations of clientsconsidering time zones resources and other relevantfactors.

Client Interaction : Communicate directly with clients to understand their schedulingpreferences provide quotes and address any inquiries or concernspromptly and professionally.

Supplier Relations : Establishand maintain relationships with suppliers negotiating termscoordinating services and ensuring seamlesscollaboration.

Email Communication : Utilizeemail communication as a primary means to facilitate schedulingshare updates and address any issues that mayarise.

Training : Participate incomprehensive training programs provided by the company to acquirethe necessary skills and knowledge for therole.

Qualifications :

  • Must be 18 years of age orolder.
  • Authorized to work in theUSA Australia Mexico or Colombia.
  • Access to a stable WiFi connection a smartphone or acomputer.
  • Strong communicationskills both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and manage timeeffectively.
  • Attention to detailand problemsolving skills.
  • Adaptability and willingness tolearn.
  • No prior experience isrequired as comprehensive training will beprovided.
