We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to join our team and help drive our sales team to new heights. Job Description : As a Sales Manager, you will work closely with the Store Manager to oversee the Sales Team's activities and performance.

Your role includes monitoring sales goals, setting individual sales targets, and facilitating ongoing training for the team.

You will play a crucial role in motivating the team to generate leads, follow up with customers, build strong customer relationships, and meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities : Active Presence on the Sales Floor : Regularly engage in sales presentations and assist in closing sales.

Providing Legendary Service : Act as a "Great Host," greeting customers, offering beverages, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Foster a positive team environment, promoting teamwork and motivation. Provide daily and weekly coaching to staff regarding sales goals.

Display new merchandise and redisplay showcases as needed. Conduct regular inventory counts and verify loose diamonds against certifications.

Review completed repairs for quality control. Verify sales transactions for accuracy. Conduct weekly sales meetings with the Store Manager.

Help maintain inventory controls to minimize shrinkage. Resolve customer complaints and service issues. Utilize excellent negotiating skills to maximize sales and profits.

Set up display cases each morning and secure them at night. Perform other related duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications : Strong business and analytical skills. Excellent communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate.

Experience in training and sales. Proven ability to build and manage teams and customer relationships. Natural leadership qualities, self-motivated, and able to motivate others.

Skilled in goal setting and multitasking. Active listening and creative problem-solving abilities. Critical thinking and decision-making skills.

Trustworthy and ethical. High school diploma required. Preferred Qualifications : Experience in the fine jewelry industry is a plus.
