  • Quick learner with excellent Microsoft Office skills, including :
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
  • Basic understanding of QuickBooks
  • Strong execution skills with a focus on detail and efficiency
  • Responsibilities : *
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, document management, and scheduling
  • Assist with bookkeeping and accounting tasks using QuickBooks
  • Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports using Microsoft Office
  • Communicate with attorneys and clients as needed
  • Maintain organized and accurate filing systems, both physical and digital
  • Ensure the office is well-maintained and supplies are ordered as needed
