Administrative Assistant (Real Estate)*

- Quick learner with excellent Microsoft Office skills, including :
- Proficiency in Excel
- Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
- Basic understanding of QuickBooks
- Strong execution skills with a focus on detail and efficiency
- Responsibilities : *
- Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, document management, and scheduling
- Assist with bookkeeping and accounting tasks using QuickBooks
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports using Microsoft Office
- Communicate with attorneys and clients as needed
- Maintain organized and accurate filing systems, both physical and digital
- Ensure the office is well-maintained and supplies are ordered as needed
