Shift pay range $1,775 - $1,919 per shift year one, $1,923 - $2,079 per shift year two+
Our team
Enjoy lake living at its best with a flexible 8-11 shifts per month schedule in this 0.6 FTE position. Our Walk-In Clinic practice consists of three physicians and two advanced practice providers when fully staffed.
Position Overview
- Work a flexible 8-11 shifts per month (0.6 FTE)
- Fast-paced Walk-In Clinic with higher acuity patients
- Outpatient only with no call
- Lab, X-ray, CT scan and MRI onsite
- Multi-specialty clinic with supportive team and specialists readily available for support
- Two providers, two clinical nurses and one MA per shift
- 70-80 patients per shift wintertime / 60 patients per shift summertime with two providers
- EPIC Electronic Medical Record
- Clinic hours : 8 : 30 a.m. - 6 : 30 p.m. Weekdays, 8 : 30 a.m. - 3 : 30 p.m. Weekends

- Compensation : Placement in a starting range is based on training, experience, certifications, etc. Actual salaries will vary based on a candidates qualifications.
